The role:
Our client is a leading e-retailer in the US>
The VP PM will report to C-level stakeholders and will be responsible for retention, engagement, marketing, monetization, product analytics, product design, UI/UX, data experiences and user testing.
What you will do:
- Lead all product managers and design engineers
- Optimize the customer experience for products
- User Retention & Engagement to improve customer lifetime value
- Product Marketing & Monetization
- Work with Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market plans to cost-effectively increase subscriber base
- Design and manage A/B tests to improve landing pages, search pages, add-on services, payment pages, and other experiences
- Work with the Analytics team
- Product Design & UI/UX
What you need to have:
- 10+ years of experience with SW product management
- 8+ years of experience with leading and managing design and engineering team
- Strategic vision
