Annette Eskenazi

Annette Eskenazi is Founding Partner of Venture-6, bringing 25 years of experience in executive search and talent strategy.
Throughout her career, Annette has worked at the intersection of technology, innovation, growth and transformation, partnering with organizations to identify leaders who can build new capabilities, accelerate growth and lead through change.
Her search work spans commercial and go-to-market leadership, business development, strategy, marketing, data & AI, digital transformation, innovation and performance. She has advised organizations ranging from high-growth startups and emerging technology companies to global brands, consultancies and agencies.
Before founding Venture-6, Annette held leadership roles in executive search and technology consulting, including helping build and expand businesses internationally. Her experience across New York, Miami, London and Barcelona gives her a global perspective and an ability to connect talent, markets and opportunities across geographies.
Annette holds a BS in Psychology from USC and a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Barcelona, with additional certifications in personal branding and negotiation from NYU.
Known for a highly consultative and hands-on approach, Annette works closely with clients to understand not only the role they are hiring for, but the business challenge behind the hire. That perspective shapes every search-from defining the mandate and assessing the market to identifying leaders with the experience, agility and leadership style to make an impact.
Originally from Colombia and a native Spanish speaker, Annette is an avid tennis player and a committed advocate for human rights and the LGBTQ community.

Emily comes to Venture-6 with over a decade of experience in executive search and strategic growth advising. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies and start-up disruptors at the forefront of innovation.
After leading the Human Capital team of a national executive search firm as Managing Director, Emily launched her own practice in 2012, Evolution Search.
Surrounded by start-ups, Emily began working with founders and leadership teams to make pivotal hires, craft narratives that attract talent and strategies that map to growth objectives.
With a sharp eye for assessing needs and an ability to zero in on critical talent markers, Emily is a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for the clients and candidates she represents.
Originally from Boston, she’s also a writer and a dog lover.
