Leadership for What's Next
Venture-6 is a boutique executive search firm founded in 2012 by Annette Eskenazi. For more than a decade, we’ve helped companies find the senior leaders who drive go-to-market growth, commercial strategy and business transformation – working with high-growth technology companies, startups, consultancies and agencies nationwide.
How we're different
Traditional executive search firms focus on resumes and track records. We take a different approach:
We Start With the Business Challenge
Before we begin a search, we invest the time to understand what the organization is trying to accomplish, where the challenges lie and what success in the role needs to look like.

We Search Beyond the Obvious
Great candidates don’t always come from the expected company, title or industry. We look across adjacent markets and capabilities to uncover leaders who can bring a different perspective and create meaningful impact.

Senior Attention From Start to Finish
Venture-6 is intentionally boutique. Every search receives senior-level involvement throughout the process – from discovery and market mapping through assessment, calibration and close.
