SVP Brand Engagement-Digital

Our client is a 200 person communications firm owned by Omnicom. Consumer products traditionally, but with a growing business in health and wellness.

They have new leadership team heading up the digital (brand engagement) practice and are bringing in forward thinking creative agency talent. The role supports the fortune 500 firm business at the corporate level, running digital strategy and social content, – some CEO digital visibility – also running digital strategy communications (high level) for the medical device business. Manages a team of 6.

Day to Day | Key Responsibilities

Oversee the digital business across corporate, medical device, digital and social media projects
Own digital client relationship, guiding and counseling clients regarding digital engagement efforts and direction of program/account

Lead well-integrated team in effectively managing programs and ensuring that all program objectives are understood and executed Lead program development and play a key role in client presentations and meetings
Oversee the development of and approve key client reports, appropriate correspondence, and press materials
Manage account budget and conduct client budget conversations

Drive thinking behind plans and proposals, ensuring alignment with brand voice and socialKPIs
Shape social and digital brand strategies across all channels through the presentation of proactive ideas, plans, and proposals to clients
Manage and oversee online engagement activities to reach target audiences with compelling storytelling and content
Develop strategies to drive audiences down the community engagement funnel – from visitor to active community member
Work closely with analytics team to design, measure, evaluate the methods that drive the success of a campaign
Oversee social calendar planning and ensure team is targeting audience at the right time with the right content
Drive new and organic business growth through the ability to develop and present digital strategies to new clients and successfully sell in digital services Stay current on latest technologies/sites that can help deliver best-in-practice results for clients

Build relationship with client across different division: Content Lab (enterprise social media) / executive visibility and medical devices.

Create, Stabilize and add process for content creation across all three focus areas
