Based in D.C., this pivotal hire will play a leadership role in the launch and growth of a timely and exciting new product line to help small businesses in the U.S. thrive.

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to create and execute product offerings, hire a team of experts to support the business, build key partnerships for the organization and oversee digital and CRM strategy, as well as cross-functional collaborations and agency management. The organization plans to make a significant investment in growing this team.

Position Summary:
The Managing Director of Small Business Product is a full-time position that reports to the CMO of our organization. Based in Washington DC, the new position will lead the evolution of the organization’s Small Business platform. Specifically, the Managing Director will be charged with scaling product offering, developing marketing campaigns, and crafting audience development strategies.

Product Strategy | Evolve Small Business product offering to deliver best-in-breed opportunities that cast as problem solver and champion of Small Business growth
Digital Strategy | Scale product offering via modern media programming that includes content strategy and marketing campaigns
CRM Strategy | Craft actionable plan for audience acquisition and longer-term relationship management
Cross-Functional Collaboration | Partner with Policy, Partnerships, Communication, and Federation teams to deliver on cohesive Small Business vision and road map
Agency Management | Oversee outside agency across media strategy, creative, and activation workstreams
