The Associate Partner-Strategists are responsible for playing a key client service and client development role – directing client engagements and deepening relationships over time with existing clients. They will also play a key advisory role to leaders across the firm as it relates to digital engagements and transformation opportunities. This individual will also be instrumental in helping to build the practice, embedding the digital offering inside the Firm and providing leadership to teams and younger consultants.

Major Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with multi disciplinary teams to develop hypotheses, conduct and manage research and analysis, and formulate insightful and actionable recommendations for clients
• Lead the design of digital concept development starting with identifying opportunity areas through to experience definition
• Drive problem solving process with broader team of consultants using both analytical and creative techniques to get to compelling results
• Gain deep understanding of client’s customers through interviews, focus groups, as well as qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Identify and close new business leads. Serve as active participant in business development efforts, both within existing clients and for new client opportunities
• Manage day to day aspects of senior level client relationships within the Digital Practice and act as a strong representative of The Company
• Manage The Company teams to drive superior results and insightful
• Monitor project scope and profitability
• Present findings and recommendations to clients
• Manage, coach, and teach more junior consultants around digital strategy and how it can influence business and brand outcomes
• Contribute to key initiatives within the Digital Practice including IP development, marketing, training and ongoing education for the practice and extended partner team


• 10 or more years of work experience, ideally with a leading business or brand strategy consulting firm or digital agency
• Well-developed research and analytical capabilities, superior problem solving skills, and creative thinking
• Knowledge of, and passion for, digital strategy as well as brand and marketing strategy and how they impact business outcomes
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence, persuade, and ask the tough questions
• Ability to develop a strategy as well as execute the tactical implication of that strategy
• Prior experience leading/managing teams and enhancing team success through guidance, leadership, and activate participation on internal and external client project teams
• Ability to cultivate existing and new client relationships resulting in the sale of project work
